1. Contract & Delivery of Merchandise

  • Private Use Only: By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are purchasing items exclusively for private, personal use.

  • Contracting Languages & Parties: For orders placed online at www.zync.com, we enter into contracts in the English and Urdu languages only. When you order merchandise on our website, your contract is with Zync by Florent (Address), and you also enter into a contract with the respective Zync by Florent partner. Our partners are specifically identified on each product's details page.

  • Order Binding & Confirmation: By clicking on “Buy Now”, you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Once you have submitted your order, we will contact you to confirm it.

  • Contract Formation: After confirmation, we will send you an email acknowledgment of your order. This confirms that we have received your order details but does not constitute an acceptance of your offer. A binding contract is officially formed only when the items have been dispatched.

  • Product Availability: In the event that an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible, and any payments made will be handled in accordance with our refund and exchange policy.

  • Procurement Risk & Stock Limitations: We do not assume the risk of having to procure ordered merchandise elsewhere (procurement risk). This also applies to orders for generic goods (where only the type and features of the goods are described). We are obligated only to make deliveries from our available stock and from the stock we have ordered from our suppliers. The goods provided from our available stock will be consistent with your order. Our stock includes the relevant Zync by Florent partner’s stock.

  • Definition of Working Days: Where time periods are expressed in working days, a working day means all days between Monday and Friday inclusive, excluding public holidays.

  • Automation & Bot Restrictions: We reserve the right not to accept an order, or to cancel an existing order, if it is placed using software, robots, crawlers, spiders, any automated system, scripted behavior, or any third-party services used to place an order on your behalf.

  • Delivery Estimates: We will inform you about the expected delivery time once your order has been confirmed.

2. Prices, Shipping Costs, and Delivery

  • Pricing Currency: All prices on our website are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The prices displayed on the website on the exact date the order is placed shall apply.

  • Final Totals & Ownership: The stated prices are final totals and include taxes at the applicable statutory rate. All items remain our property (or the property of the relevant partner, as the case may be) until full payment of the purchase price has been received.

  • Worldwide Shipping: We deliver worldwide. For specific details regarding shipping and delivery charges per region, please refer to our Delivery Charges page.

  • Long-Distance Shipping Fees: If you decide to return or exchange any item for which long-distance delivery fees have been charged, we will not refund the long-distance delivery fees, even if the entire order is returned. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

  • Returns: If you decide to return any item, please refer to our detailed Return and Exchange Policy page. We do not refund any additional or operational costs associated with delivery.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Strictly available for orders within Pakistan only.

  • JazzCash

  • EasyPaisa

  • Debit and Credit Cards

Important Payment Terms:

  • We reserve the right to decline certain payment methods for specific orders and refer you to alternative payment options.

  • You are responsible for any transactional or processing costs associated with your chosen bank or money transaction service.

  • For credit card purchases, your card will be charged immediately upon placing the order on our website.

  • By using our platform, you consent to receiving all invoices and credit notes solely in electronic form.
